This Privacy Policy describes how Stricity LLC ("Stricity," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from stricity.co (the "Site"). Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Site.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, including: Wix.com (website platform and hosting) - see wix.com/about/privacy; Stripe and/or Wix Payments (payment processing) - see stripe.com/privacy; shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for order fulfillment; Google Analytics (site analytics) - see google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/; Meta/Facebook (advertising) - see facebook.com/privacy/explanation; and email marketing platforms for communications you have consented to receive.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property, or safety.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred to a successor entity. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any such change in ownership.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING AND TARGETED ADS

6. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Order information is typically retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information, subject to any legal retention obligations. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections (SSL/TLS). Payment card information is processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and is not stored on our servers. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. 9. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS - YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE CCPA
If you are a resident of California, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
Right to Know: You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

10. GDPR - RIGHTS OF EEA AND UK RESIDENTS
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK), we process your personal information under the following lawful bases: performance of a contract (to fulfill your orders); compliance with legal obligations; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business; and your consent (for marketing communications).
In addition to the rights listed in Section 8 above, EEA/UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your country. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

12. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
Some browsers incorporate a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites that you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Because there is currently no consistent industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, we do not currently alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser. We will continue to monitor developments in Do Not Track technology and may update this policy accordingly.
13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
14. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING
If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to marketing communications, we will use your email address to send you promotional content about new products, sales, and events. Each marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out at any time by contacting us at support@stricity.store. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send you transactional emails related to your orders (order confirmations, shipping notifications, etc.).
15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. If we make material changes to how we treat your personal information, we will notify you by email to the address you provided us and/or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.
