RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Stricity LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every pair of clip-on earrings we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy carefully. By making a purchase on stricity.co, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

1. RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. Returns requested after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted, unless the item is proven to be defective due to a manufacturing fault.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met: the item must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, and undamaged); all original tags and included accessories must be attached and intact; the item must be in its original packaging including any pouches or boxes; you must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase; and the return must have been pre-authorized by our team before shipping the item back.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet all eligibility requirements upon inspection. Items that have been worn, altered, damaged by the customer, or show signs of use will not be accepted.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: items explicitly marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase; gift cards and store credit; items purchased during clearance or final sale events; items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer after receipt; items returned without prior authorization from Stricity LLC; and items that have been exposed to perfume, chemicals, or water damage after delivery.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN/REPLACEMENT

Step 1: Email us at support@stricity.co within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, your reason for the return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

Step 2: Wait for our team to review your request and send a return address if approved. Do not send any items back before receiving approval. 

Step 3: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Package the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off with the carrier within 7 business days.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return within 5 business days.

5. REFUNDS

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned item(s), minus any original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect. Return shipping is covered by Stricity LLC via the prepaid label we provide.

6. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.

For preference-based exchanges, the fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new separate order. We do not hold inventory for exchanges.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us at support@stricity.co within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and photos of the packaging if applicable.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including original shipping costs, at your preference.

8. ALLERGIC REACTIONS AND SENSITIVITIES

Our clip-on earrings are made with hypoallergenic materials including 14K gold-plated stainless steel, cubic zirconia, and freshwater pearls. While we take every precaution to use skin-safe materials, individual sensitivities vary. Returns based solely on allergic reactions where the product is not defective will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We encourage customers with known metal allergies to consult a medical professional before purchasing.

9. GIFTS

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

10. FRAUD PREVENTION

Stricity LLC reserves the right to deny returns or refunds in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our return policy. We track return patterns and reserve the right to limit returns for customers with excessive return histories.
